Charity event for animal lovers!

This is a charity event that will help those animal lovers out there show just how much they love their pets! The Bow Wow Bingo event is one that if you live in or near Greenville NC. The event is happening on October 20th, and will be held in the Pitt County Schools and Recreation center. That is located on 4561 County Home Road.

The doors are going to open around 6 pm and games will start to be played at 6:30 pm. There will be as much as 1,000 dollars that will be handed out depending on how many people attend. So the more people there the more you can win. Get out in force and show the support needed for the health of pets in this area.

There will be jackpots that could range up to 125 dollars that you may be able to win. Again that amount will depend on how many people show up for this Bow Wow Bingo event. Money is going to split among two locations, Spay Today, and HSEC.

The money is going to help those homeless animals in the area; entry will only cost 20 dollars if you want to play. Along with that price you will get six cards along with a dabber too. You may buy more cards if you would like, plus drawing tickets and refreshments as well.

Both charities are great ones to help out, especially if you are an animal lover. This will not be the only event that will be held, next month there will be another charity night that will be held the third week of December.

Bingo helps raise funds for Village Hall

We know that bingo helps out a lot of people, including charities and other things that a game can be held to collect money for. Recently fans of the game in Horncastle got together for a bingo game that would help to get funds up to fix up the village hall.

This past month there were several sessions that were held that helped to collect funds for the village hall. All of those events were organized by the church committee. While one lady, Yvonne Bryson, said that overall 40 pounds was collect to go into the funds of the hall.

While there is another event that will come up shortly if you live near or in this area, on October 25th you will be able to play for some really nice prizes, starting at 19:30. There are more things they are doing besides the bingo games to help raise those funds too. There will be an annual supper that is going to be held as well.

To get in you only need to pay a small fee of 8 pounds that will go into the general fund to help the village hall become up to date. This is not the only time that bingo has been used to help out either, this year there has been a lot of news about Mecca Bingo and their support for the Marie Curie Cancer Center.

These events whether held online or in a special location are always nice to see. It’s a nice way that people can get together and have some fun, but also donates a bit of money to some sort of charity fund.
